When I started working with Thomas I seemingly had it all in my life. Business was going great, had high quality friends, was meeting girls, had all the toys I ever wanted. Yet I still felt empty and life felt meaningless.

During one call, I was walking around the city, completely present in our conversation. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going, but I also didn't care—I felt safe. My attachment to time, appointments, and structure just dissolved.
