After coaching hundreds of men the common issues I see are:
- Self-expression: mastery of owning your reality and expressing thought, feeling, and desire
- Career stagnation and low enthusiasm for work
- Dating issues or low relationship satisfaction
- Physically not very developed: less developed strength, cardio, and mental toughness
All of these are reflections of lack of self-love.
The Basic Tenets of Self-Love
Do things that are good for you and lead to healthy attitudes and moods. Avoid things that are bad and lead to feeling stuck and flat. Connect with those you love. Find a sense of purpose and significance.
